This hair store is unprofessional. Im unsure who the (chinese or Asian) looking young man is that is usually always there but he looks like he’s a manager… yet he’s also unprofessional himself. The young women at the registers always have a nasty attitude. you’re not there to be no one’s friend or enemy. Do your job, mind your business & RESPECT the customers!!!! I’ve been shopping here for years before the remodel & new buyers… but they lost me. I will no longer shop here due to customer service!

This was our first time in Barclay Hair &Wig. We had a really good experience. They have so many beautiful wigs and hair extensions, at a great price. In addition they sell a variety of hair products, along with scarfs, hats, ribbons and bows to make your new look fancy. They are not just a hair store either. They sell small purses, make up, jewelry and all kinds of socks. Customer service was very friendly and the store was clean and bright. 😂 Also, there is plenty of free parking.

I love Hair City & how they support their community from the excellent hair products to helping parents get prepared for school & holidays ! We love hair city !

Owner seemed wildly inconvenienced when I asked him a question. “There, it’s over there” and walked off in a huff. I bought the products I needed because I was already there and the price differential at Walmart didn’t warrant a drive there. Sir, you don’t have to worry about me darkening your doorstep ever again. You don’t have to worry about me.

I was pleasantly surprised with the selection here. They had braiding hair in colors I have never seen before. The selection was endless. The most impressive thing for me was the owner/proprietor a young man was very knowledgeable and recommended human hair for my boho braid that were more adorable than the one I was going to buy. They also have a great selection of beauty products. Very impressed
